SideShow Ride

When I was a kid our local fair would have sideshows. I saw every thing from two headed calves to a girl turn into a gorilla. That does not mention the peep show that you had to be an adult to see.

The gorilla girl scared the hell out of me since she ran at the crowd and we all ran out screaming. Then we paid 10 cents to see the old Mummy movie at a carnival. My favorite was the house of mirrors which was a maze.

Now it is all fast rides that try to make kids hurl, I haven't see a car or tram ride or a walk though haunted house at a fair in years. I guess those are a thing of the past but they were fun.
